I’m giving 5 stars because 6 are not available. We worked with Mary Cheatham to purchase an out-of-state property. There can be a lot of anxiety with purchasing a property that isn’t just around the corner. And you need a lot of trust in your agent to make sure they are representing your best interest. Our agent-team was on-the-ball in answering all our questions and ensuring that our best interest were represented. We trusted them completely. I would highly recommend that anyone buying (or selling) a house in Emerald Isle, NC work with the team at Mary Cheatham. You’ll definitely be in good hands.

Quick to respond, knowledgeable of the local area and real estate law, helpful, friendly, and professional — and even though they had a full load of clients when they were working with us, we always felt as if we were #1, especially with the timeliness of communication (which is extremely important in real estate!). The entire MCKRE team went above and beyond my expectations!!
