My husband and I recently purchased a second home in Beaufort with MCKRE and cannot recommend this group more! We have been looking to purchase a beach/coastal home in a few different areas for a year or so and when we finally decided on Beaufort, we happened upon MCKRE. We worked with Kelly Hefferon who was absolutely fantastic- she was super responsive to all of our questions and concerns and was always willing to make time (or find another agent) to show us properties when we were able to make a last minute trip to Beaufort (we live in Raleigh). She also went to several properties and did video walk throughs for us when we couldn't make a trip down! Kelly was also phenomenal in helping us work through the offer/negotiation process. Once we had an accepted offer, Annie and the entire MCKRE team kept us informed and organized with all of the things that needed to be done in preparation for closing. And they were especially helpful to us as we navigated this process from afar. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, they made it as easy as it could be!

We had a wonderful experience with Many Cheatam King Real Estate . The entire team is amazing as very professional. Christina Fulcher was our agent and she was fantastic. She was easy to talk too about any questions we had and never sell a home before we had plenty of questions. She was aways available to talk with us and would go out of her way to meet us. She came to our home after hours to meet us to discuss things because of my work schedule. We feel she was our biggest advocate and the best advocate for our needs especially negotiating price. The Marketing team was also amazing they kept us updated regularly with statistics and they advertised our home every in every way possible putting in the eyes of so many potential customers. We had a different realtor before and it was night and day. The entire team here are looking out for you and they alll are willing to help you from the receptionist to Mary her self.
