The MCKRE Team did a wonderful job selling our house in Pine Knoll Shores, NC. Liz was always so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process as well as her whole team. A+ customer service! All women TEAM who are no joke the best I have ever been around when it comes to the industry. Sold my house in 2 days. Their communications are unreal. They will handle it all. They have all the best contacts and schedule everything. It’s awesome. They also helped me complete a 1031 exchange!!!. They crushed it, every detail. I live out of state so it’s hard to manage things from a far. Dara picked up the keys from the property manager the day my tenants lease ended and had a flurry of people on the site the same day to manage all repairs and renovations. I don’t feel like I paid her enough. If they upped their commission, I would pay it. They are that good!

We sold our home of 11-years with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. With three kids and so many memories involved, there were plenty of emotions. MCKRE went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I was anxious and anticipating a painful and overwhelming experience, but the MCKRE team made it shockingly simple; they walked us through everything and did all of the hard work. There was frequent communication and I never felt like ‘just another number’. Realizing we were one of their many clients, I honestly don’t know how they stayed on top of everything so flawlessly.
