My wife and I recently moved from Ohio to Carteret County. We were told that there was one real estate office to call. Boy were we pleased when we called and got a quick call back from Belinda. As out of state house hunters we were really at a disadvantage when looking at houses in such a sellers market. Belinda toured multiple homes for us and walked us through the good and the bad of the houses via FaceTime. Once we settled on a home to make an offer on, Belinda and her team were there for us every step of the way all the way through closing. We were new to the area and didn’t know any realtors. Mary Cheatham King Realty was highly recommended. Luckily for us we met with Belinda and Lisa, and from the start we were impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and most importantly, desire to help us find the perfect home. Throughout the process of negotiating with the seller, arranging inspections, and closing, they kept our interests in the forefront. Recently, we sold a piece of property that was handled by Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. We were very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end with the staff and how they guided us through each step. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the realtor (Christina) and the person who helped with the staging of the property (Pleasants). Melissa was very helpful on several occasions by answering technical questions regarding forms to be filled out and signed, to coordinating in the absence of a member because of sickness. These ladies were very knowledgeable and professional in their conduct of business and very pleasant and easy to work with in achieving our goal in the sale of our property.
