As an out of state buyer, we could not have been more pleased with the extensive help and guidance that was offered by Belinda Whitlatch and Blair Van Coutren with MCKRE. They were patient during our search and went above and beyond in assisting us once we were under contract. They attended every inspection, every contractor appointment and provided a great source of vendors for us to utilize. The admin team was incredibly responsive and organized. A fairly seamless transaction! We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and cant wait to do so.

TOP-NOTCH!! I listed for sale by owner because I didn’t want to pay a realtor. I quickly realized that wasn’t going to work, and I can say MCKRE was worth every penny. Fantastic team - professional and knowledgeable. Thank you

Our experience with the Mary Cheatham team was amazing! They were always very detailed and very helpful, with amazing follow up skills. They supported us in the sale of an investment property and were fabulous helping manage everything from afar for us. I would always recommend working with them!

It was a nice experience and they were constantly keeping us abreast of the situation. I would definitely recommend this company.
