Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Laura and Annie were readily available, quick to respond and always one step ahead in our home buying process. They were detail oriented and thorough, which gave us the utmost confidence and excitement in the purchase of our new home! Alyssa did a wonderful job getting our house on the market and under contract within two weeks for full asking price! She is an excellent negotiator and knowledgeable of the market. As my wife and I were to discover, selling raw farmland is NOTHING like selling a home. Thank goodness, then, that we teamed up with the good folks at Mary Cheatham King Real Estate to advise, advocate and hold our hands through this nearly 2-year adventure.
