I could not be more impressed, appreciative, and complimentary of Laura Montocchio, Annie Peters and the "behind the scenes" Mary Cheatham King TEAM. I consider myself highly demanding. That said, Laura and Annie exceeded expectation. They did so much more than find us a home. Once our offer was accepted, they preempted most of our questions with the necessary guidance and advice to facilitate a smooth closing. Once we closed, they continued to tie up loose ends - which was especially appreciative since we were remote to the area. In short, I would highly recommend Laura and her TEAM for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home along the Crystal Coast.

Liz and her team were amazing as they navigated us through the sell of our condo. The team was always there to answer our questions and with the right guidance and direction. Their marketing process led to over 50 viewings and a full price offer. We never doubted how hard they were working for our best interest.
