I’m giving 5 stars because 6 are not available. We worked with Mary Cheatham to purchase an out-of-state property. There can be a lot of anxiety with purchasing a property that isn’t just around the corner. And you need a lot of trust in your agent to make sure they are representing your best interest. Our agent-team was on-the-ball in answering all our questions and ensuring that our best interest were represented. We trusted them completely. I would highly recommend that anyone buying (or selling) a house in Emerald Isle, NC work with the team at Mary Cheatham. You’ll definitely be in good hands.

I moved from Charlotte to the Coast a year ago and used Belinda and her team to look for a house to buy. As we all know, the market has been wild since the pandemic. Belinda, Lisa, Mary, and Brittany showed me houses for a year, to find the perfect home, and I couldn’t be happier! They were very on top of it, and would let me know as soon as anything hit the market, that they thought I would like. Their team was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the process!
