This was the second time we’ve used Mar Cheatham King Realty, - and just when we thought it couldn’t get much better, they move the goalposts forward with their responsiveness, knowledge, and execution. Nothing but high fives all around.

Liz Wade at Mary Cheatham King Reality group is an outstanding and professional Realitor. She possesses all the right traits a Realitor should have: honesty, dedication, tenacity, experience, patience, key client connections, ability to accept criticism, flexibility, and meaningful/caring advice. Selling a large home can be stressful and challenging, and things don't always go as smoothly as you would like. Liz stuck with the task through the tough times, and got the home sold quickly after the first potential deal fell through. If we had to do it all over again, Liz and Mary Cheatham King would be out first choice in Realitors. Make them your first choice.

As a person who recently sold a home (jointly with my sister), I was doing some soul-searching. What would be the hardest--selling or finding a realtor? It turned out that deciding to sell the family home (102 years old) was hard. However, working with the Team at Mary Cheatham King (MCK)was painless. At my age (non-disclosure), I've bought and sold homes., But, working with the Team at MCK was the easiest sale I've ever experienced. Lest you think it was an up close and personal sale, I was the only one who met Christina Fulcher. They say it's not what you know but who you know. I was introduced to Christina Fulcher through word of mouth from my son, a summer resident. I remember Christina being pleasantly surprised at the house's condition for its age. Her professionalism also struck me in her dress and real estate market discourse. Once the word got out that a house on Ann Street, Beaufort was on the market, realtors and interested buyers came out of the woodwork. After all the offers were on the table (not from the MCK Team), it became a no-brainer. But, again, the MCK Team was the best of the best. We listened to Christina's invaluable input. She knew how important the timing was when putting a house on the market. She was spot-on correct in that department, also. The MCK Team has its brains on the local real estate market. They knew how to price the house. They knew how to stage the home, and they knew how to market the house for optimal selling price. Most impressive to me was their scheduling. The Team set a schedule for staging, photos, open houses, online tours, etc. Once the schedule was established, the plan went into action. From start to sale, there were no deviations. The above being said, I don't mean the Team is rigid. I mean, they know their business and how to make things work on time and in an orderly fashion. Neither my sister nor I were present for anything except for my initial meeting with Christina. All legal documents were done without us traveling from Maine and Denver. I could write about other things the Team does well, but I'll let you be pleasantly surprised. So do yourself a favor and stick with one-stop shopping. Mary Cheatham King is a company who has a team of bright, professional, and knowledgeable women. Happy Selling,
