We sold our home of 11-years with Mary Cheatham King Real Estate. With three kids and so many memories involved, there were plenty of emotions. MCKRE went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I was anxious and anticipating a painful and overwhelming experience, but the MCKRE team made it shockingly simple; they walked us through everything and did all of the hard work. There was frequent communication and I never felt like ‘just another number’. Realizing we were one of their many clients, I honestly don’t know how they stayed on top of everything so flawlessly. As a first time home buyer, Belinda Whitlatch and her team guided me through the buying process with such patience and professionalism. They answered questions that I didn't even know I had, solving problems before they could come up. With homes going off the market the day they came on, Lisa jumped to show me properties the moment they hit the market to make sure I had a chance to put in a bid. Once they found me the perfect home, there were multiple offers by day 2 of being on the market. Belinda's expertise in negotiations and knowledge of the current market is the reason I'm living in my home today!! Belinda and Lisa both took me under their wing and made me feel like I was a part of their family and we're still friends till this day. Once going under contract Kate organized every inspection and kept all the moving parts lined up perfectly. Awesome group of realtors! We sold two houses in Pine knoll Shores with Mary Cheatham King Realty. We live out of town and the entire process from staging, finding vendors for repairs , listing , negotiating, and closing were handled impeccably by Liz , Lori , and the rest the of the team at Mary Cheatham King Realty . The definition of customer service should include Mary Cheatham King Realty . The only realty group we would recommend to sell or buy a house on the Crystal Coast would be Mary Cheatham King Realty .
