In the beginning we tried to sell our house For Sale By Owner and even tried having our own open house with very little action. After a few weeks of being let down we started entertaining using an agent. We interviewed a few and Dara from Mary Cheatham King won hands down. She was definitely the best choice and she sold our house within weeks. We moved far away and she helped us with everything that needed to get done that we couldn't do and went above and beyond her job description to make sure the house was clean and presentable every single showing.
