We were new to the area and didn’t know any realtors. Mary Cheatham King Realty was highly recommended. Luckily for us we met with Belinda and Lisa, and from the start we were impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and most importantly, desire to help us find the perfect home. Throughout the process of negotiating with the seller, arranging inspections, and closing, they kept our interests in the forefront. They were always available to answer questions or even offer advice when needed. We had never worked with a realtor team approach, but it proved to be a great way to buy a home.
