We’ve used MCK several times for purchasing property throughout the years. The staff there is amazing and knowledgeable. Kelly Heffron went above and beyond for us. She is on top of every situation and if a problem should arise she has it taken care of before we knew it. Communication is a huge strong suit for Kelly. She constantly kept us in the loop of everything. Spending so much time in emails, text, and one-on-one visits we feel like Kelly is more like family to us than just a real estate agent. I would highly recommend her and MCK for your next real estate need.

We had been looking for coastal property for years without any guidance other than the typical apps (Zillow, Trulia). We finally decided to connect with a local real estate group and boy are we glad we choose the MCKRE team. We waisted a lot of Blair Van Coutren's time over a two-year period, but she was so patient and every time we called and could visit to look at "the next" property she always made it work. Blair always seemed to be on the lookout for us and one day out of the blue while looking at a new build we noticed the lot next door which only had the footings in place, but we loved the lot. As a first time home buyer, Belinda Whitlatch and her team guided me through the buying process with such patience and professionalism. Awesome group of realtors! We sold two houses in Pine knoll Shores with Mary Cheatham King Realty. We live out of town and the entire process from staging, finding vendors for repairs , listing , negotiating, and closing were handled impeccably by Liz , Lori , and the rest the of the team at Mary Cheatham King Realty .
