It has taken me a long time to come up with the words for this review. No matter what I write, I can assure you these words will not convey the immense value Liz Waine brings when you partner with MCKRE to sell your home. Admittedly, we did not go to MCKRE/Liz first, because EVERYONE uses Mary Cheatham/Liz so shouldn't I do my part to spread the love in town and give someone else a chance? Well, let me tell you, there is a reason EVERYONE uses Liz at MCKRE to sell their house. Because no one will do it better. Period. Beautiful, poised and personable on the outside with a tenacity, urgency and knowledge not found in any other sellers agent I know. Lord willing we will never have to sell another house, but if we do, you better believe she's the first call.

Any questions we had were immediately and clearly answered. As we dealt with offers on our home, we felt we always had the support of the Mary Cheatham King team. During each step, they provided guidance and expert advice, but always acknowledged and respected our interests and goals as their clients. When we accepted an offer, the team demonstrated again their expertise and organizational skill as they moved us seamlessly up to and through the closing experience. Our closing experience was managed so smoothly by Lori Harbin, a Mary Cheatham King team member with impressive expertise in the intricacies of the closing. The ability to build and support a team that blends high levels of knowledge, expertise, and skill with excellence in communication and a genuine commitment to a positive and pleasant client experience is all too rare. The Mary Cheatham King agency has achieved this goal. While we thought it important to emphasize the amazing teamwork at Mary Cheatham King, we want to close this review by extending a special thank you to our agent, Liz Waine. She is an absolutely amazing individual. Her intelligence, knowledge, and expertise were evident from our first meeting but, over the course of our experience with this agency, we were probably most impressed by her genuine concern for us as people. She communicated with us on an almost continuous basis, offered advice and guidance throughout our time together, and was genuinely kind and patient throughout the sales experience. Said simply, you just cannot find a better real estate agency than Mary Cheatham King Real Estate.

Liz Wade at Mary Cheatham King Reality group is an outstanding and professional Realitor. She possesses all the right traits a Realitor should have: honesty, dedication, tenacity, experience, patience, key client connections, ability to accept criticism, flexibility, and meaningful/caring advice. Selling a large home can be stressful and challenging, and things don't always go as smoothly as you would like. Liz stuck with the task through the tough times, and got the home sold quickly after the first potential deal fell through. If we had to do it all over again, Liz and Mary Cheatham King would be out first choice in Realitors. Make them your first choice.
