Prior to discovering her passion for real estate, she worked as a North Carolina Certified Paralegal specializing in family law, where she honed essential skills like communication, organization, and attention to detail. Most importantly, her commitment to ensuring clients felt heard and supported continues to shape the thoughtful service she provides in real estate today.
As a valued member of the MCKRE Development Team, Kaitlyn manages various aspects of new construction communities. She serves as both a guide and advocate for buyers and agents exploring exciting new neighborhoods while also assisting buyers beyond these projects as part of the MCKRE Buy Side. For Kaitlyn, the most rewarding parts of her role are helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership, building lasting relationships that often turn into friendships, and, of course, getting to experience the stunning homes and scenery of the Crystal Coast.
When she's not busy helping clients, Kaitlyn loves spending time on the water fishing with her husband and their two dogs, Reed and Riley—especially when they reel in her favorite catch, the beautifully spotted Red Drum.
