Christina’s previous career in the mortgage industry segues beautifully into her role as Listing Agent for MCKRE. Her process includes spending time with her clients, asking the right questions, getting to know them, and applying her savvy data skills to fully understand their needs. She then builds a unique profile based on each client’s objectives, financial requirements, and expectations to get the job done!
Christina’s goal is to be an expert in her field, to educate her clients by providing them with information and knowledge, combined with discretion and zero judgment, to enable them to make the most informed decisions to best suit their families. A listing agent is duty-bound to do what’s in the seller's best interest. Christina’s comprehensive understanding of finances plays a huge part in her ability to ensure each client’s home is sold for the most money possible. Christina says, “Every client is the ideal client!” And she takes tremendous pride in helping her clients get exactly what they want.
A personal caring touch is what sets Christina apart from the pack. She is a self-proclaimed “relater” and makes it her mission to connect with people and create in others— especially her husband and three daughters —the feeling of being valued and the importance of giving back. Whether it’s the National Charity League, The Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, or The AB King Mackerel Fishing Tournament, Christina personally supports these organizations. Her profound wish is to create a deep sense of community so that the people within it can be proud of where they live — the same way she feels so very blessed.
