We reached out to Andrea for tips to elevate our holiday breakfast and dinner spreads for our seasonal gatherings, and we're sharing TWO holiday butter recipes with you, courtesy of Plated Love. BISCOFF BREAKFAST BUTTER
Perfect for all things breakfast: toast, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, bagels, etc.
1 LB. SALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED AND ROOM TEMP
1 TSP CINNAMON
½ TSP GINGER
3 TBSP DARK BROWN SUGAR
6-10 BISCOFF COOKIES, FINELY CRUMBLED
1 SPRINKLE OF NUTMEG
2-3 TBSP SALTED CARAMEL
1/8 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
Whip all ingredients together using either a stand mixer w/ a paddle attachment, hand mixer w/2 beaters, or by hand. To crumble the Biscoff cookies, blend in a food processor, spice grinder, or crush it by hand in a Ziploc bag. Serve at room temperature and enjoy!
HOLIDAY HERB BUTTER
The perfect complement to your holiday spread!
1 LB. SALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED AND ROOM TEMP
2 TBSP MINCED ROSEMARY
1 TBSP MINCED PARSLEY, FLAT LEAF
1 TSP MINCED TARRAGON
1 TBSP MINCED THYME
1-2 TBSP MINCED DRIED CRANBERRIES
ZEST OF ½ AN ORANGE
2 TBSP ORANGE JUICE
Whip all ingredients together using either a stand mixer w/ a paddle attachment, hand mixer w/2 beaters, or by hand. Serve at room temperature and enjoy!
