This week on our breakdown of homes in specific price ranges, we focus on homes selling between $300K and $500K. Here's what we found: the average days on market for homes listed between $300K and $500K in Carteret County dropped by 2/3 since this time last year (from 99 days in 2020 to just 33 days in 2021!).
Homes listed with MCKRE in this price range are selling at an average of 101% of their list price compared to homes listed with other Carteret County brokers at 98%. This means that our sellers close for $9,000 (3% of $300,000) to $15,000 (3% of $500,000) MORE! Because of our strategic pricing approach, sellers are receiving multiple offers, driving up the sales price!
