The mission of Carolina Women's Collective (CWC) is to harbor a community that embraces the diverse experiences of female entrepreneurs and business leaders, empowering them to thrive both personally and professionally. Founders Jillian Lister, Booth Parker and Silvana Botta are committed to providing personal and professional growth options for women through workshops, events, resources and their brand new annual membership (see below for more info!).
