2. CURATE A PERSONALIZED FEEL-GOOD PLAYLIST — Make a list of songs that improve your mood and play it whenever you need a boost or want to recharge.
3. MAKE A SELF-CARE SELECTION MENU — Create a menu of your favorite self-care activities so you can easily pick one when you're feeling drained without the pressure in the moment to figure out what to do.
4. SCHEDULE A WEEKLY BOUNDARIES DAY — Choose a day every week to practice saying "no" to tasks or commitments that drain your energy to build up your boundaries muscle.
5. GO ON A SOLO DATE — Once a month, plan a solo date to enjoy your own company. Whether it's grabbing coffee or having a movie night in, this intentional "me-time" helps you reconnect with yourself.
6. SET UP A HAPPY FOLDER — Create a folder on your phone or computer with screenshots, photos or notes that bring you joy to revisit when needed.
