THREE properties have sold this week that we can't wait to share with you!

  1. 5116 Holly Lane spent five days on market and received multiple offers before selling for $20,100 over asking!
  2. 303 Ocean Ridge Drive, an oceanfront cottage, closed this week for $2,700,000! This sale creates a wonderful new comp for sellers in Ocean Ridge.
  3. Dunescape 207 spent two days on market and received multiple offers before selling for $10,100 over asking — the highest sale in Dunescape we've seen in the MLS!
