His resume is inspiring, his extensive experience an impressive journey— from the Ritz Carlton in California to Persimmons in New Bern, Gerry attributes his success to his perseverance and ability to think on his feet. His enthusiastic vibe is a factor, too, and it’s as contagious as Kosta’s—these are people you just want to be around— especially when they’re grilling roasted oysters with hot butter, garlic and parmesan at the bar right in front of you!
